How to Delete Your Sleep Oasis Account

You can delete your account at any time from inside the Sleep Oasis app:

1. Open Sleep Oasis and log in.
2. Go to Profile → Delete Account.
3. Confirm the deletion.

Your account and related personal data will be permanently deleted.

Can’t Access the App?

If you cannot log in, you can request deletion by:

• Sending an email to info@dbugstation.comwith the subject line: Request Account Deletion.
• Or filling out our support form: https://sleepoasis.app/#contact

Please include the email/phone used for your account. We may ask for verification.

Data That Will Be Deleted

• Profile information (name, email, avatar, language settings)
• Sleep records, insights, meditation/breathing history
• Preferences, reminders, notification tokens
• Support messages (except where legally required to retain)

Data We May Retain

Some data may be kept for legal, tax, or security reasons:

• Purchase/Subscription records (App Store/Play Store receipts, RevenueCat transaction IDs)
• Security & fraud logs (up to 90 days)
• Aggregated anonymous analytics (cannot identify you)

Deletion Timeline

• In-app deletion: immediate
• Support/email requests: within 7 days (up to 30 days in complex cases)
• Backups: purged within 30 days

Important Notes

• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
• App Store / Play Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately.
• Sleep Oasis is not intended for children under 13.
